Delegates will examine how to apply the HSE Management Standards approach to assess stress risks in the workplace and how to develop suitable interventions to address stressors, reduce negative impacts and manage the effects of stress in the workplace. Delegates will also look at ways to continually improve their organisation and create a great place to work.
How is the qualification assessed?
At the end of the course, delegates will be presented with a realistic workplace scenario and will complete a multiple-choice assessment using the principles learnt throughout the course.
