Fresh pasta is more tender than dried, with a delicate flavour. It’s easier to digest and super tasty. A light starter and a scrumptious dessert completes the menu.
Gnocchi is the ultimate Italian comfort food. Little pillows of light springy goodness enveloped in a delicious sauce topped with tangy Parmesan. We will be making ours with potatoes, Northern Italian style.Hands on cooking - about 2.5 hours.
Sitting inside the iconic brick Auckland Gas Building across from Victoria Park, Main Course has set the standard for cooking events since 2003.
