Love this menu, love this lesson! Using pre-bought puff pastry allows us to focus on technqiue and how to build flavors to execute a delicious and impressive tart that everyone can make, successfully (and with minimal mess!) at home.
Classes are held in real-time on Zoom so that we can cook together, offer feedback and answer questions. You may opt to cook along or simply observe the lesson.
Our Instructor is always happy to help with questions as they come up during class or following.

This program includes hands-on teaching of techniques such as different pastry dough elaborations, basic pastry creams, basic cake production and bread production.

The French know how to do it! Learn to make these two pastries in an in-depth 2-day class. The first day we'll prepare the croissant and brioche doughs and spend some time discussing mixing techniques of yeasted doughs.
It’s all or empa-NADA – and in this class we’re going all in! We’re showing you how to create the best empanadas and then we’ll turn you loose with the recipes so that you can recreate or create your own versions at home.
We'll make Danish, croissants and more using home-made & frozen doughs. We'll have an assortment of fillings you can choose to make, including jam, chocolate, berries, cream cheese, and some interesting ingredients I hope will become new favorites.
