You’ll start by preparing a corn and avocado salad topped with a refreshing honey-lime vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how to craft Oaxacan-style chicken mole with rich chocolate sauce, infused with a wide array of spices.
Learn how to cook Mexican Chilaquiles with chef Natalia Luna, the recipe consists of fried tortilla strips simmered in salsa or mole, to soften them up.
