A physically demanding Contemporary class that incorporates technique, floor work, and efficient release and strengthening.
This class is for students who have some previous experience or training in contemporary dance, or with other related dance styles such as ballet, modern and jazz. The class includes warm up exercises, across the floor combinations, and choreographic variations
Lyrical dance combines the grace of ballet and jazz. The style shows great emotion through the art of dance as students learn to dance to the lyrics of music. You must be 8 years of age, or have teacher permission, and take ballet and jazz in order to take this class.
A style of expressive dance that combines elements of modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet. We span a broad range of methods; drawing techniques from Graham, Limón, Cunningham, Horton, and more
