Maritha Steyn has been involved in the food and hospitality industry over the past three decades. In 2003, Maritha started Steyns’ Culinary School.
Maritha is continually improving the courses on offer at Steyns and has worked with educational bodies in order to ensure that Steyns offers the best qualifications that allows young chefs to perform well in the culinary industry.
These classes have become a firm favourite in the Ginger and Lime kitchen. You can expect figs, tahini, cumin, pomegranate molasses, tzatziki and harissa. Our extensive menu is sure to bring some exciting new dishes to your home kitchen.
Daniel's Moroccan Night explores explosive flavours, unfamiliar spices and an array of ingredients that can be shared among many. You don’t need to travel outside your kitchen to bring these exotic flavours and dishes to your dinner table.
