Expect your guests to eat, drink and be merry while participating in one of our many themes including “Chopped - Chef Leo Tonight Edition”. The Chef Leo Tonight staff is equipped to provide helpful cooking techniques and make sure your party is one for the memory books!
Our class is focused on being comfortable in the kitchen. You don’t need to be a professional chef to make professional looking dishes. If you’re looking for quick easy to make meals, we have you covered. If you’re looking for meals that will impress your friends, we have you covered! Even if you are a professional chef just looking for something to do, this class is engaging for everyone! We use fresh ingredients and make everything from scratch.
We will create a 5 course menu and everyone will cook a different item. Chef Leo Tonight provides recipes, utensils, aprons and safety gear. We will guide everyone through their individual processes and after the food is done we will all enjoy a family style dinner!
Learn how to make the slightly sweet yeasty steamed buns from scratch along with tasty fillings such as Pork Char Siu, Cucumber Radish Slaw, Bok Choy w/ Thai Chilies, Sweet Chili Edamame, and fresh bean sprouts & scallions along side. Sweet Ginger Pudding rounds out this feast.
