This class is based on a few small Vietnamese tasting dishes:

  • Fresh Spring Roll with Pork, Prawn, Mint and Coriander
  • Vietnamese crispy prawn with dipping sauce
  • Lemongrass turmeric marinated Chicken Stir fry
  • Vietnamese Spicy noodle stir fry with Chicken
