Escape to Valencia with our authentic Spanish Paella date night class! In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to create this famous Spanish favorite known for its signature golden saffron hue, smoky flavors of chorizo fresh seafood and textured vegetables.
You will also learn how to flavor profile and blend Spanish flavors, and where to source fresh, seasonal ingredients in order to master the perfect Paella.

Enjoy your Paella with an authentic Catalan Tomato Soup with Manchego cheese, the rich Sheep's cheese for which Spain is so well known. Throughout the evening you will execute both dishes from scratch with the expert guidance of our Executive Chef Instructor.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.

Spanish Cooking class is offered by Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom. Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom is the best culinary school in Los Angeles. Chef Eric teaches hands-on cooking classes and gives you a technical education as a European-trained professional chef.
Each hands-on cooking class will feature recipes from my travels throughout Spain and highlight seasonal ingredients and lots of cooking techniques. After reviewing the recipes together, students will divide into teams to work on recipes together.
