Chef Bridget spent years living and working in Italy and is our resident advisor on all things pasta! She will be in the Hot Stove Kitchen to show you that you don’t need a fancy pasta machine to make amazing pasta at home.

Safety:
In compliance with state and federal directives, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 10/04/2021.

Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable. The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Italy is the land of the original comfort food and you can learn to craft those classic, beautiful dishes in just one evening. We’ll select a few of our favorite regional dishes and show you the techniques to building flavors with authentic Italian ingredients.
The techniques of traditional pasta are explored in this class favorite. We start with mixing the dough then move on to rolling and cutting - trying out well known pasta cuts such as angel hair, pappardelle, fettuccine, and bow ties.
