XFE Academy is a sub-division of Xtyle Fitness and Entertainment. Xtyle Fitness and Entertainment is a fitness and events company in Gauteng. They provide fitness services, video production, audio production and event services in South Africa.
Because the company is directly involved in the fitness and entertainment industries, XFE Academy is able to give our students direct industry exposure and experience.
The Academy was founded by fitness enthusiast, event manager and sound engineer, Helena Calitz.
Helena hosts four of the biggest fitness and bodybuilding events in South Africa. Our XFE Academy students receive direct industry exposure and networking opportunities at these events. She also heads the Gauteng development division for the International Federation for Bodybuilding.
We created several international opportunities for athletes as well as entertainment professionals nationwide.
XFE Academy is also the exclusive partner to the IFBB Academy in South Africa and we are able to offer qualifications that are accredited locally as well as in over 192 countries world-wide.

Become an Advanced Personal Trainer with the Trifocus Platinum Package – this is the most advanced Personal Trainer package currently available in the South African Market.
Our Personal Trainer course is an occupational skills programme which provides 81 credits towards the National Certificate in Fitness (NCIF). The Personal Trainer course is your shortest route to becoming a personal trainer and qualifies you to work internationally.
This fitness certificate aims to ensure that the fitness practices applied adhere to sound principles drawn from exercise science and safety principles.
Personal Trainer course is offered by BodyBeat Studio for all skill level. BodyBeat is a private gym and lifestyle centre located in Parkhurst that offers professional personal training services from experienced and reputable trainers.
Individual private classes. aimed at getting the best out of our members by identifying there weak attributes and focusing on them and for those who would like to do a little more then the ordinary classes.
