On this Pie Making course, Fabulous Baker Brother Henry Herbert will guide you through making shortcrust, puff and hot water crust pastry from scratch and how to turn the pastry into chicken pie, tarts, turnovers and more.
There will be coffee and pastries on arrival, and a glass of wine with lunch. We supply all of the equipment you will need at our cookery school and you will take home a recipe pack along with your freshly baked goods!

Joining Instructions
Coffee and freshly baked pastries will be served 30 minutes before the course begins. The course will start promptly at the advertised time. Lunch with a glass of wine will also be included.
We provide all equipment, including aprons here at the Hobbs House Bakery Cookery School, so all you need on the day is yourselves and a passion for baking.
