From fan favorite lumpia, to a traditional adobo dish, all of these recipes have been upgraded to a vegan status anyone will enjoy. Join us and see for yourself! Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook.

 

Menu:

  • Vegan Lumpia – Lightly fried spring rolls filled with Impossible Beef and veggies

  • Tofu and Mushroom Siomai – Steamed dumplings with scallion soy sauce

  • Filipino Tofu and Potato Adobo – Traditional dish made with vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and more!

  • House Made White Rice

  • Ensaladang Pipino at Kamatis – Light and refreshing salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and vinaigrette
