FCAA’s Professional Bakery and Patisserie program is a 6 months program for students seeking professional skills and certification in the bakery sector or plan to open up their own bakery. The course teaches comprehensive skills in the following areas: Breads, pastries, basic sponges, etc.

A session of classical french pastries – for Puff, a showcasing of hand lamination, achieving a flakey, buttery pastry with a sweet & savoury filling to add on to the deliciousness.
