The course teaches comprehensive skills in the following areas: Basic cuttings, different cuisines, Breads, pastries, basic sponges, etc.

FCAA has a 1:10 ratio of Chef vs student per class. Immediate placements. The Faculty comprises of chefs who have considerable experience with leading hotel brands before joining academy full time. Complete hands-on training. Each student will have to make her/ his own products.

Pau, Bread, Pizza & Wheat Base classes are offered by Zaika Jigna's Kitchen. The institute aims at giving basic to advanced knowledge to all the students in the course they opt for.
Brownie Special classes are offered by Bakeinline for all skill level.
Successful students after training are eligible for jobs in the hospitality industry immediately on completion mainly at entry level as cooks, commis, kitchen assistants, etc. The students are provided theory input and practical laboratory teaching.
