Who are we? We’re a mother (Helena)/daughter (Rachel) team that share a passion for cooking. We’ve been cooking together since Rachel was very young and now we’re super excited to share our love of cooking with others at The Curious Kitchen.
Leeks, shallots, garlic, white wine, and butter create a sumptuous sauce to gently steam mussels, enhancing the broth into the perfect dip for handmade French fries.
French Cooking class is offered by Harvard Cookin' Girl.  We will teach you how to make great food out of simple ingredients with old world techniques.
French Onion Soup is always a good idea! Onions, bread, and FireFly Farms Cabra LaMancha gooey, melty cheese are the mains in this timeless dish and once you peel and slice the onions, the rest is effortless! Even better.
Come learn classic french dishes. As we will make crepes, duck confit, cassoulet, coqau vin, coquilles st jaque, chocolate mousse, boullabaisee, as well as tart tatin this class is for the young and ( older) who always wanted to learn the technique of these dishes ?
Start with a comforting classic – French Onion soup – right before you try your hand at flipping some crepes. We’ll stuff them with honey mustard baked salmon and spinach. An indulgent chocolate mousse for dessert.
