Gaeng Phet Ped Yang- Red curry with grilled duck, pineapple, cherry tomato, coconut milk, tamarind, fish sauce, palm sugar, Thai basil -horapha.
Phat Nam Prik Pao Talay- Stir-fried with seafood and shellfish, depending on availability, wild ginger, chili paste, eggplant peas, kaffir lime, fresh green pepper on jasmine sweetbreads.
Phat Mee Khorat- Fried rice noodles, Thai green onions, bean sprouts, yellow bean paste sauce, dark soy sauce, tamarind, chili flakes, garlic, chili peppers, ground pork.
