Butcher, is it a job that interests you?  Acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to prepare and maintain butcher's tools and equipment, receive meats and products, cut carcasses, quarters and pieces of meat, perform retail cuts and prepare meat including offal and complementary products, provide customer service at the meat counter.

The Center de services scolaire de la Capitale, through its vocational training center (the École hôtelière de la Capitale), provides high-quality training to become a butcher. 

It makes it possible to meet the increasingly demanding demands of the labor market. The profession of butcher currently offers good employment opportunities. Quickly obtain your DEP - Diploma of vocational studies.
