This sun-drenched menu will thoroughly train you the three basic Italian pasta sauces- a tomato sauce, cream sauce and an olive oil sauce along with an array freshly made pasta… linguini, ravioli, spaghetti , herb pasta blankets…
Make your very own tomato based Kitty Pizza filled with stringy mozzarella and smoky pepperoni slices. These savoury kitty single serving pizzas make perfect snacks and for parties and picnics too!
Demonstration of each recipe by Chef Michele Ow followed by hands-on session by participants.
