Rueda is a group dance that is expressed in a circular motion. The moves are called in Spanish and a move, or series of moves follow the command from the leader. This looks particularly good when performed socially!
Salsa is something for you to enjoy, it allows you to do almost anything – you just need to know the basic steps, which are relatively easy, and follow the music.
Have fun and get comfortable with the basics of Salsa. Must class if you have never done formal Salsa Beginners class before.
This class is a great introduction to Salsa dancing and Street Latin rhythms, and requires no experience to attend!
This class is the perfect place to start if you have never danced before or are just new to this particular style. You will be taught the basic footwork and posture before applying it to the rhythm of the music.
