You will also be introduced to the principles of lead and follow, enabling you to dance with a partner. These fundamentals are then applied using short combinations of moves, including simple turns.
If after your first class you feel confident in the fundamentals, you are more than welcome to progress into the subsequent Beginners/Improvers class on the same night. Alternatively, you are welcome to repeat this class as many times as required till you feel ready.

Our experienced instructors specialize in the partnered Street Latin Dance styles of Salsa, Rueda de Casino and Bachata (Moderna and Sensual) with weekly group dance classes from Absolute Beginners up to an Intermediate level. Each of these dance styles is easy to learn and great fun to dance!
Couples are welcome to stay together each class, or alternatively move on and switch partners throughout the class
The basic steps move in a line but the character of the dance is to add a lot of turns, partners changing places and wrapping arm movements. It gets very impressive when the music is faster and using the hips will make it look sexy.
