Goan Shrimp Curry – Shrimp cooked with coconut milk, herbs and spices
Chili Paneer – Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked with sliced bell peppers, onions and mild spices -
Chawal – Steamed Basmati Rice

You can sign up for cooking classes posted on our class schedule or plan a private class for your group. Our scheduled classes are perfect for a date night, couples night out, or friends just getting together for an evening of mingling.
In this class you will learn how to master the art of Tempura. You will learn how to create some favorite and popular dishes, such as Shrimp, Kabocha (Japanese squash), Renkon (lotus root), Scallops and chicken Tempura. In addition you learn how to make your own dipping sauce.
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.
Cajun Cooking class is offered by Nashville Cooking Class. This seafood heavy class will leave you feeling like you just left New Orleans (Without the Smell).
We’ll be enjoying 3 different oyster varieties from the North Carolina coast, provided by Locals Seafood, along with wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage pairings. You’ll learn the basics of shucking and get creative suggestions for toppings, beyond cocktail sauce.
A Sustainable Seafood Class, led by Miel Restaurant & Bar’s executive chef, Jason Lalacona, aims to share practical information for those who want to learn how to enjoy seafood responsibly.
