Every Silkmoves lesson includes a substantial warm up and stretch session created specifically for aerial dance students. You will learn how to climb, wrap, invert, drop and pose using a beginner level safety knot until you are ready to brave them without it!
Shemoves Dance Fitness Studios are a women's only dance fitness suite of studios across WA and NT. We specialise in pole, lyra, silks and a variety of other distinctly feminine dance styles. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome.
Intermediate Circus is for children who have progressed from the beginners class or children who have significant gymnastics experience. If your child has gymnastic experience, our Principal Trainer will complete an assessment in a Beginners Circus class to ensure suitability.

The perfect class for adult beginners and new students, suitable for all fitness levels. Alternating between Aerial Hoop and Trapeze fortnightly, with a focus on Tissu weekly. Gain the strength and confidence to move into a speciality class.
Aerial Silks Lessons are offered by Starstruck Dance and Cheerleading Academy Pakenham.
Open to all skill levels, we will use a combination of ground and aerial work to improve your core, back and shoulder strength.
