Course Details

This workshop menu is based on the street food found in Vietnam, Thailand and Laos. The flavours are tasty, fresh and spicy and the ingredients are simple - all the better for summer entertaining.

A zingy soup to start, then fresh salad dishes with loads of fresh herbs, and a fruity coconut dessert. *gluten free *contains port *no shellfish.

Just bring yourself and an appetite. Recipes will be provided. You may wish to bring a pen for note-taking.

Felicity runs the Demonstration Kitchen at Cook the Books, the Auckland-based cookbook store (est 2003). The kitchen is the home of Choice TV series 'Cook the Books', which celebrates New Zealand cookbook authors and their stories.

At Cook the Books, Felicity teaches culinary workshops on a monthly schedule and is thrilled to share two of her most popular classes with Selwyn Community Education.
