About the course:
This is a professional chef course. The course aims at imparting advanced culinary arts including all major cookery techniques, different cooking styles and methods. Major and Popular cuisines around the globe are taught by expertise Chefs.
At end of this course, the learners will be able to demonstrate different cooking methods, cuts of meats, cuts of vegetables, stocks, soups, curries, Main course, Exotic Desserts, Bread, and Cakes.
With more than 10 years of culinary teaching experience, the chefs offers an ultimate training in Cuisines, pastry, kitchen management and gastronomy overall.
Today we have more than 6 main cooking courses and more than 20 sub-courses.
Pulao & Biryani cooking classes are offered by Disha Cooking Classes for all skill level. We started Disha Cooking Classes in 2011. We have a wide variety of satisfied students who have started their own Ventures from home or become entrepreneurs.
South Indian Cooking Classes are offered by MasterChef for all ages and skill levels. For fresh taste of South India, learn: Mysore Masala Dosa, Sambhar, Rice Idli, Tomato Kaju Idli, Veg Uttapam, Medu Vada, Coconut Chutney, Red hot chutney and Tomato chutney.
Learn Some Of The North Indian Favourites, Including: Chana Masala, Kundani Aloo, Kadhai Paneer, Methi Malai Matar, Amritsari stuffed kulcha with Spicy Chutney
Certificate in culinary part-time program is offered by academy of pastry and culinary arts. Inclusive of taxes, apron, ingredients, study material, toolkit, students can consume/ take products home.
South Indian cuisine is much-loved across India, especially its wide spread of breakfast treats like Idli , Dosa and utthapams. However, there is much more to South Indian cuisine, including a large variety of rice dishes, one-dish meals, main course dishes like Sambhar , Rasam , etc.
