Some of France’s most famous food has its roots in rustic, regional fare. In this class you’ll learn how to make dishes that are typical of this French “country” style: unfussy and soul-satisfying.
Make the best of the ingredients summer has to offer with French-style cooking. Our chef instructor will walk you through basic techniques, such as properly chopping seasonal vegetables to pair with a savory flavored butter.
In this class, our owner (Kym Joles) will guide you through the start-to-finish process of making and decorating macarons! Macarons can be a difficult thing to make if not done properly.
Take a culinary trip down to New Orleans! Join us as we visit the famous French Quarter to create a classic menu steeped in cajun flavor and southern flair. Complete with creating the iconic King Cake for dessert, this menu is sure to please.
