The Professional Culinary Program is designed to enhance the amount of time you spend in the kitchen rather than behind a desk. From day-one to graduation you could be working in the field within a year. Based on French & Italian classic fundamentals, you will learn everything you need to jump-start your career.
Taiwanese classic class is offered by Hot Wok Academy. Our in-person Minneapolis cooking classes are fun & delicious. With intentionally small class sizes, you’ll get more time with our Aunties & Uncles as they show you how to make your new favorite dishes.
You’ll sample a variety of dumplings as our instructors offer tips on steaming, frying and boiling these bite-sized morsels. The fillings and wrappers will be ready and waiting. As our Instructors guide you, your nimble fingers will fill and fold and create several dipping sauces.
Asian Cuisine Cooking class is offered by Hands On Gourmet. We change our menus twice a year to reflect the season, as well as current food trends. We put a lot of thought into offering guests a wide variety of options.
Everything Dumpling Class is offered by Schola for all ages and all skill levels. Learn to make dumplings from around the world.
