Strength & Conditioning Circuit Course is Offered by Y Club Manchester.
A great workout focused on building your strength and fitness levels. In this class we use techniques such as squats, deadlifts and power cleans. A lot of exercises are based on pushing, pulling or lifting.
Work all your body’s natural movements to create super effective dynamic exercises that will strengthen and tone your body whilst increasing your fitness levels. All levels are welcome to attend and this is a class not to be missed.

Our facilities include a full gym, sports hall, studio classes, swimming pool, Fives courts ("like squash, only better"), sports clubs and much, much more.
