Strength & Conditioning Circuit Course is Offered by Y Club Manchester.
A great workout focused on building your strength and fitness levels. In this class we use techniques such as squats, deadlifts and power cleans. A lot of exercises are based on pushing, pulling or lifting.
Work all your body’s natural movements to create super effective dynamic exercises that will strengthen and tone your body whilst increasing your fitness levels. All levels are welcome to attend and this is a class not to be missed.

Fitness classes are offered by Didsbury Theatre School. We teach Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Drama, Singing, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and Singing for 2-18 year olds in a friendly and professional environment.
The Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training is a very popular course and it gives you the knowledge and skills to work with individuals and groups of clients in a variety of environments.
A friendly environment, the Wednesday class is attended by Intermediate/advanced participants mainly, but it is open to all. Just keep in mind there is less teaching and more dancing than on the other classes!
