In 2003, after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill and spending almost two years in Wyoming, I came back home to Charlotte to try to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up – realizing that I was grown up.

With our rich curriculum and amazing outdoor classroom spaces, IPCP’s Nature in the City Summer Camp is sure to bring your child a summer full of discovery, fun, and friendship! Campers will spend their days exploring our outdoor classrooms, engaging in learning activities, and playing in nature.
Our curriculum focuses play-based learning to combat learning loss and keep literacy and math skills sharp. Traditional activities such as arts, group games and sports will be included. The result will be stronger academic success in the coming school year.
In this fun, Monday through Friday cooking camp, each child will practice basic kitchen skills and fundamentals of cooking from Tre Wilcox and staff.
