During this camp we will be executing meals that are fit for an adult audience. What sets our academy apart is that we won't be oversimplifying things by making chicken fingers and mac and cheese.
Instead our little chefs will be making things like filet mignon and haricot vert...followed by apple tatin. Week two will also deliver some friendly competition. Campers should be ready to present their best knife skills, plating and presentation, and obviously, super great flavor!
All activities end with chefs sitting to enjoy the meal they have prepared.

This is a 5-day Summer Cooking Camp that is progressive and looks to build upon each participant's previous day learning. While the summer camp is progressive in nature, each class is designed to enhance the technique of the student to increase their knowledge of general kitchen terms and skills.
Our curriculum focuses play-based learning to combat learning loss and keep literacy and math skills sharp. Traditional activities such as arts, group games and sports will be included. The result will be stronger academic success in the coming school year.
Kids will learn culinary and baking basics as we create and taste foods from different parts of the country.
