For 8 Weeks Each Summer, La Tablée Des Chefs Welcomes Groups Of Youth, Ages 11-15, To Participate In Culinary Camps In Its Cooking Schools In Montréal (Marché Jean-Talon), Longueuil (Curé Poirier St.), Québec City (Grand Marché De Québec), As Well As In Laval (Cunard St.)!

In this program we will work with you step by step to develop skills, creativity, and confidence while having fun right in your home.
Our young chefs will learn about different global flavours. We will step by step teach our students how to prepare these meals, appreciate new foods, new flavours and diverse cultures
Our Chef Leigh Ann will show chefs of all ages how to properly bake a Neapolitan pizza crust topped in a traditional Margherita style.
