Born from a method of preserving fish, the word sushi comes from “su” which means acid and from “shi”, the translation of which is delicious and thus referring to rice flavored with vinegar.

Emblematic dish of the land of the rising sun, learn the different preparation techniques and merge your know-how with the knowledge of the chef to make delicious makis, not to mention the nigiris! Also see the techniques for making fried sushi.
