For over 20 years, Dance Adventure has been one of KW’s premiere dance studios. Our students enjoy a warm, cheerful, family atmosphere while learning fun and challenging routines. We offer a variety of dance styles to all ages and abilities in a safe, positive and encouraging environment.

Class consists of basic tap steps, traveling steps and introduction to rhythm. Students require BEIGE MARY JANES or lower heeled Capezio Caramel or Tan Bloch shoes and proper dancewear. Class attends two competitions.
Using the Al Gilbert Syllabus on sound and rhythm combinations created through the feet using specially designed shoes with metal taps.
Broadway tap focuses more on the dance. It is widely performed as a part of musical theater. Rhythm tap focuses more on musicality, and practitioners consider themselves to be a part of the Jazz tradition
Senior students have the chance to travel Tap Festivals held in key cities throughout North America to train with famous Tap Masters and perform for international audiences.Â
Tap dancing is an intricate dance form where students develop rhythm, tap technique and musicality through percussive foot work. Emphasis is placed on footwork as well as style and presentation of the upper body while moving those fast feet!
