About Us
For years Marsha's love for food and cooking has lead her to experiment with many cooking techniques and unusual ingredients. When trying a new delicacy, her thoughts always go to "how is this made". She is always on the lookout for a new ingredient, new flavours, and new ethnic grocers, markets and restaurants. When Nancy joined the family, her and Marsha had the love of food as one of their many common bonds. With Nancy's persistent nudging, Marsha finally pursued her dream of giving cooking classes so she could share her passion.
Based on simple, seasonal, high-quality, and nutritious ingredients, Spanish cuisine features hearty dishes that satisfy even the harshest critic.
Inspired by a recent trip to Spain, we will veganize popular Spanish dishes in this class! We will start with the most famous Tapas in spain - "Croquetas," and we will make a potato and "ham" croquette with spicy tomato sauce.
Our approach is to bring people to the table with intimate cooking classes, share product knowledge and encourage them that good food can be made at home.ā
