Inspired by a recent trip to Spain, we will veganize popular Spanish dishes in this class! We will start with the most famous Tapas in spain - "Croquetas," and we will make a potato and "ham" croquette with spicy tomato sauce.
This class includes a recipe book, a Spanish-style diner with wine sampling or a non-alcoholic beverage, and a customized kitchen utensil to take home
Our chefs will guide you through each recipe as you develop your skills and cook each dish live for you to enjoy
We will start our meal by making the iconic Pan con Tomate and Tortilla Española, followed by a spectacular Paella and 17th Century Hot Chocolate, for a sweet ending.
This is the ultimate cooking class for the truly adventuresome foodie. You will be treated to an amazing 5-course meal that you will prepare along with your chef instructor. Each class will be a unique experience and you will not know the menu until you arrive.Â
