Grab a friend, or two, or more and join us for one of McDougall Cottage's ever-popular Teas by the Grand. We’ll be serving up our classic tea, complete with cucumber and cream cheese tea sandwiches, salmon pinwheels, scones with preserves and whipped cream, shortbread and more!
Students will also learn about the various tea regions and « terroirs », the fascinating culture of tea in various countries, the art of tea, various tea ceremonies.
We will be beginning our journey with a Tea Making workshop!
Kombucha classes and other special entertainment topics of your choice.
A workshop that balances theory and practice, giving you the opportunity to share with other enthusiasts. The content evolves as it arrives, but you can expect comparative tastings and to experiment with at least one infusion technique.
