CCSC Team Building Cooking Classes are customized to meet your needs. Simply set a date and choose your menu.
Our talented chefs will guide your group through hands-on meal preparation, encouraging fun, laughter and creativity along the way.
We provide workforce development training and job placement assistance for adults who face barriers to long-term successful employment. Our vision is to transform the lives of our students and their families and positively impact our community.
The class begins with an apéritif with fresh bread and cheese selection. You will then be provided with caps to write your name on and aprons. The whole group will be preparing the menu all together, dividing the tasks amongst each of the participants, under the guidance of the chef.
Our summer cooking camps are designed for all skill levels. We have had newbies and we have had kids go on to participate in and even win Chopped Junior or Masterchef Junior after attending our program. Come as you are, we got you from there! All you need is a love of food and a desire to learn.
