Dance classes will develop concetration, ability of listening and interacting with a teacher as well as other children.Partnerships help kids to understand team work, and communicative skills.. Children will learn how to talk a with each other to motivate other expression while improving everyday speech.
Kings Dance studio specializes in competitive dancing training. Children will be taught the technical aspects of ballroom dancing and will also be trained physically through strength and endurance exercises.
Whether or not the child is dancing with a teacher or a fellow student, he/she will be fully prepared to compete from learning proper dance techniques to being properly dressed and groomed. The instructors at Ballroom Place will be there at the competitions to coach and encourage the kids to perform to the best of their abilities!
Twirling Twos Classes are offered by Studio J Performing Arts Center for toddlers. We seek to instill a love of dance, music, community, and the appreciation of the performing arts in our students.Â
This class uses music and props to engage young dancers in fun developmentally appropriate movement.Â
A one hour class that focuses on the fundamentals of ballet and tap. Dancers perform two routines, one in each genre, in our annual recital. Must be at least 3 years old, and potty trained.Â
Children are introduced to a classroom structure, utilizing dance games to teach ballet and tap vocabulary. The highlight is on self-discovered movement in a fun environment.
Toddler Dance is for a child to participate in with a parent/caregiver. This lively class explores circle stretches, story dances, rhythm exercises, traveling steps, and some free-form improvisation.
