Course Details

Classes will be limited to 6 people for mixed classes. Once you have made the food if you want to pack up your food you can do so with the containers provided and take home.

If you have a family group then that number can be increased up to 8 people but must be immediate family members only.

If you are feeling unwell on the day unfortunately your attendance will not be permitted and no refunds are offered you can send someone in your place as before.

Sanitizer will be on the counter at the entrance Please leave bags and jackets at the front door area. Please remain station’s during the class as much as possible. If you have any questions feel free to contact Chef Simon.

Simon offers evening and weekend cooking classes for the complete novice to the food curious cook. Classes are designed for people of all walks of life. They have been taken by students, couples, lawyers, military, police, architects and nurses to name but a few.

There are a wide range of classes to choose from, ranging from Basic Knife Skills to authentic British and European cuisine. Whatever your taste, we’re sure to have something you love!

We offer single person registration and private and custom classes for personal or corporate groups. Group classes are a great way to celebrate stagettes, birthday parties and anniversaries.

Class Times:

Weekday classes start at 6.00pm and run APPROXIMATELY till 9.00pm but timing COMPLETELY depends on the class and the group
Weekend classes start anytime between 2.00pm and 6.00pm as specified on the class list
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to set up.

What do you need to bring?

A couple of small containers for any leftovers
Chopping board and a knife you are comfortable using
(Winter) a pair of indoor flat soled shoes
