You will see, touch, and select the fresh ingredients for the class. This is where the chef will tell you the specific details about Asian vegies and spices, how to identify them and how to get the most out of them.
Then the class examines the grocery items from a typical Asian Supermarket so you can find out where everything is and what it all means the next time you go shopping.
The chef demonstrates the courses to be cooked, and answers any questions. The students then break into small groups to prepare the meal under the guidance of the chef. When all is ready, we sit down and eat at a large single set table.

Class Style: 100% hands on experience on your own private bench with your cooking partner. You’ll be creating every dish on the menu in our commercial kitchen studio. We run exclusively small classes of no more than 10 guests, offering a welcoming, fun and memorable experience for all.
