The secret for Xiao Long Bao is in the filling as well as the skin which takes plenty of practice to achieve those pleats. Colourful dim sum is trending now, and we are going to teach you how to make your dim sums shine in the likes of green, purple, orange, yellow or black! Forget about queueing up outside and learn from us to make them at home instead!
