Everything we do at Cook Culture is to help you have more fun in the kitchen, eat better, be healthier, enjoy time with family, friends and food, and connect with the people who grow and make what you eat.
Nothing is better than pulling a homemade pizza straight out of the oven, especially when it has a crispy crust, melting cheese, and is topped just the way you like it! Learn how easy it is to make your own pizza dough and sauce under the guidance of Chef Carmen.
Capture the Italian farmhouse dishes of the season. Make homemade Ravioli or Gnocchi, perhaps Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Pesto Pork, finishing with Lemon Almond Biscotti. You’ll never want to buy store bought again!
In a convivial atmosphere, participants will discover how to prepare an Italian recipe and enjoy it on the spot with a vin d’amitié.
After our class, we return to the dining room to enjoy the pasta we’ve made, in a three course, family-style meal, accompanied by wine pairings selected exclusively by Emma.
The kitchen seats 10 people and most of our 3-hour adult cooking classes are demonstration style, so you can sit back, relax, learn, sample, and enjoy your wine. On the weekend we offer more hands-on workshops making pasta and more.
