Farmhouse Kitchen cooking school is a family-run venture, and we all look forward to welcoming you to experience hands-on cooking classes in our new custom-built kitchen.

Pauline will greet you at the door for your classes, when you visit the garden to pick fresh produce you will likely meet her husband Chris, who works behind the scenes tending the gardens and land.

You might also happen upon one of their four children, who help in a myriad of ways.

Pasta

We start by mixing the pasta dough and kneading till smooth, then resting, rolling and cutting the dough to make tagliatelle. This is then cooked and served with a seasonal sauce, followed by dessert. For ages 8-16.

Hands On Tagliatelle Making

We spend the day celebrating Italian cuisine and culture. In particular, we will explore the flavours of Modena. Firstly you will be welcomed with typical Italian ‘stuzzichini’ and either a Moka coffee (a true Italian coffee), juice, or a glass of bubbles.
