Pauline’s world revolves around food. Pauline studied a 4-year bachelor of Diet and Nutrition in the Netherlands. She worked for 5 years at a Nutrition Centre in the Netherlands with her main focus on Cooking Classes.
She has a very practical approach to create healthy and delicious meals and help people from all ages to gain confidence to hold there own in the kitchen.
We start by mixing the pasta dough and kneading till smooth, then resting, rolling and cutting the dough to make tagliatelle. This is then cooked and served with a seasonal sauce, followed by dessert. For ages 8-16.
If you’ve never tried making your own fresh pasta, this is for you.  We’ll cover sauces to go with it, and other authentic Italian classics.  We finish with Jo’s famous Tira Misu.
Inspired by travels throughout Italy, we share our favourite Italian dishes in our special 'A Day in Italy' cooking class.
We spend the day celebrating Italian cuisine and culture. In particular, we will explore the flavours of Modena. Firstly you will be welcomed with typical Italian ‘stuzzichini’ and either a Moka coffee (a true Italian coffee), juice, or a glass of bubbles.
We start by mixing the pizza dough and kneading till smooth, then resting, rolling and topping the dough with a variety of toppings. Pizza, followed by dessert. For ages 6-16.
