Exquisite, sumptuous, and once you understand the steps, easy to prepare, truffle risotto is a dish that is sure to become part of your cooking repertoire. The meal starts with antipasti, full of memories from Chef Daniel’s childhood in Argentina.
We then prepare the main dish, using ingredients discovered by Chef Daniel that are actually available year round. We will also prepare a Mediterranean salad. The meal concludes with Chef Daniel’s crostata alle mandorla, a chocolate, almond and apricot tart.
The Foodery offers unique culinary experiences, including public, private and corporate team-building events, designed and led by Chef Daniel Morduchowicz.
Events are offered in person and, for corporate team building, online via Zoom.

Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in California for over 40 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. He is passionate about cooking and sharing his knowledge.

Italian Cooking class is offered by De Gustibus Cooking School. De Gustibus Cooking School by Miele has become one of the nation’s most reputable culinary institutions, beloved by many for bringing over 1,400 of the world’s most lauded food and wine experts for over 40 years.
This class will focus on learning how to make a delicious Italian lasagna from scratch. We will teach how to prepare a Bolognese ragù sauce, making the pasta sheets, bechamel, pesto, and assemble the lasagna.
A Taste Of Italy Class is offered by Napoli Culinary Academy & Cafe Napoli for all ages and all skill levels.
