Our Gordon Ramsay Baking classes are here to help take away any fears or worries when it comes to baking. Our chefs have plenty of tips and tricks to help you grow confident in every aspect of baking, whether that’s getting the perfect rise, kneading dough, or adding those professional finishing touches.
Focussing on different methods for sweet and savory pastry, you’ll learn how to make the dough, the secrets to lining tart tins and blind baking, packing maximum flavor into your fillings (such as salted caramel and chocolate ganache or rich meaty stews), and baking to the perfect crisp, golden finish. You’ll have plenty to enjoy for lunch on the day and lots to take home, too.
