We have been teaching people in Chicago how to cook for over 24 years. The Chopping Block is a recreational cooking school that combines education and entertainment, as our staff provides each guest “The Chopping Block Experience.”

Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal. At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together.
In this class we will be making a complete meal, main course, vegetable and dessert. We’ll be making Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and for dessert, Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies! A meal to satisfy all your cravings!
