In this workshop, you will make ramen noodle broth, egg toppings, cha shu pork, potstickers as a side dish, and rice cooker cake.
We wind our way through NYC’s most famous Greenmarket, identifying the various local vegetables and fruits, learn how to pick them, then return to Abigail’s Kitchen and learn how to cook it all! The seasonal menu—to be determined on the day—is largely vegetarian.

Vegan Cooking class is offered by International Pantry. Our cooking classes are taught by metro area chefs. All classes are observational and like "Dinner and a Show"! You will get to eat everything that's prepared and receive written recipes and get to interact with the chef.
