Healthy Cooking Class is offered by True Taste for all ages and skill levels. Our cooking classes are a great way to learn how to cook your favorite food in the comfort of your own kitchen. Invite your friends over, pop open a bottle of wine, and make some great food!
Teaches adults how to prepare and shop sensibly for healthy meals on a limited budget over 6 weekly sessions. Lessons cover meal preparation, grocery shopping, food budgeting and nutrition.
You will learn how to make the perfect rolled omelet; the tricks to the fluffy scramble, and how to make shirred, coddled, poached, and fried eggs. If that isn’t enough we teach you how to top it all off with amazingly easy hollandaise sauce!
