Violin Lessons are extremely popular among children, teenagers, and adults. This stringed instrument’s musical versatility is enjoyed by all, as well as its ability to be easily transported. 

Whether your interest lies in Classical, Jazz, Pop or Scottish Folk Music we cater for it all.

Many of our students learn for enjoyment, although we o?er educational options such as completing ABRSM exams, school exams or preparing for concerts. The violin is an excellent instrument for any person to learn.

Our violin tutors are very highly recommended due to their extensive training, years of teaching and performing experience - their ability to form a fantastic teaching bond with students of all ages and experience shows their excellent teaching methods.

  • Aaron is a classically trained violist, violinist and cellist. He is a recent graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) where he attained a Bachelors Degree in performance, specialising in Viola under the tutelage of Dr Lev Atlas and Jane Atkins. During his time at the RCS Aaron gained knowledge and experience from some of the most highly regarded musicians and tutors in the world. Aaron has worked extensively in orchestral and chamber ensembles across Europe and has a great amount of experience working in the pit, playing for both operas and musical theatre performances. He has also had the privilege of being able to play in solo and chamber recitals across the UK. Originally from a small town on the North East coast of Scotland Aaron began his musical journey at age 8, beginning his studies in viola through his local council. Already an experienced teacher, Aaron has been involved in performing and teaching Scottish Highland Dancing to young people between the ages of 2 to 18. Aaron is incredibly passionate about making learning a positive, confidence-boosting experience, and is now looking forward to tutoring individuals to enhance their skills and joy of playing.
