  • Fondly known as Ash Vinyasa Yoga Instructor / Bungee Ash is also a Reiki Practitioner and Therapeutic Reflexologist, currently doing her degree in Complementary Medicine. She completed her 200hr YTTC in Thailand in 2016. With this passion for and understanding of holistic health, every class is layered in love and healing. With special attention to the philosophy of “why stretch?” through gentle dialogue, soft and subtle movements ranging to strong and energetic play, expression and exploration of the body’s dance on the mat– Ashleigh’s classes remind the individual of what is feels like to practice in the human body and truly experience one’s essence through yoga, all the while learn to support muscles & joints for new found mobility, flexibility and strength! Each sequence is comprised of creative flow, breathing technique, expression and tension release, softening and strengthening, becoming open, strong and supple to leave you feeling relaxed yet ultimately invigorated and vibrant.
